4-Step Procedure

STEP 1. Fill out and submit the Online Application Form.

STEP 2. Wait for the SMS/email notification for your login credentials to olps.orangeapps.ph/olps.

STEP 3. Submit initial requirements before or on the day of examination schedule.

Initial Requirements:

- Recent 2X2 ID Picture (2 pcs)
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (2 pcs)

- A photocopy of Latest Report Card* (with, at least, 3rd quarter / 1st semester grades)

STEP 4. Pay the Admission Fee amounting to Php475 at the school's Finance Office or through the following payment channel.
