4-Step Procedure

STEP 1. Fill out and submit the Online Application Form.

STEP 2. Wait for the SMS/email notification to see if you are eligible to pay the Admission Fee.

STEP 3. Pay the Admission Fee amounting to Php475 at the school's Finance Office or through the following payment channel.

STEP 4. Wait for the SMS/email notification for the schedule of your exam and interview.

You may submit initial requirements before or on the day of examination schedule.

Initial Requirements:

- Recent 2X2 ID Picture (2 pcs)
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (2 pcs)

- A photocopy of Latest Report Card* (with, at least, 3rd quarter / 1st semester grades)

STEP 5. Arrive 10-15 minutes before the time of your examination. Present your exam permit issued to the Test Examiner. After the entrance exam, interviews follow
